As part of a recent partnership between Cambridge Professional Academy and AgentBase, we have introduced two new courses design for those who are interested in becoming a Sales Agent.

A Sales Agent is a self employed salesperson who works on commission, usually for several (non-competing) companies. Demand for sales agents is huge, there are many opportunities, and rewards can be great. What's more, upon completion of the course, you are guaranteed work opportunities.

The workshop-based courses teach you everything you will need to know about being a Sales Agent and how to make the most of the sales opportunities that you have available.

The first course 'Sales Agency' is designed to give you a complete understanding of the skills required to succesfully setup and run a sales agency business including the finances, promoting yourself, agreement negotiation, developing your customer base and future planning.
This module is delivered by specialist AgentBase trainers who have many years of experience in this field.

The second course 'Successful Selling' covers the nature of selling, including the sales process, the necessary skills and most suitable tools for effective selling in different contexts and personal management techniques.

CIM course qualification automation

Over the past few years we have been very effective in the online teaching methods that we offer for our CIM courses (Chartered Institute of Marketing), and we have tried to keep on top of technology to continue to provide a service that ensures that our students pass their exams.

We are currently looking for an experienced IT person to take on the roll of day to day maintenance of our IT systems and growing database of clients.

We are still developing our online teaching technologies and systems with a core team, but need somebody to come on board permanently to learn the ropes and take over some of the day to day running of the systems.

Our core technologies include ASP, VB, ASP.NET C#, and SQL Server technologies. We run our online systems from an inhouse Windows driven cluster.

The role is based in the centre of Cambridge and if you feel you may be suitable then feel free to contact us.
